A rare and important Modernist candelabra suite comprising a pair of candlesticks and a pair of candelabra. The suite was made by the renowned silversmith Robert Edgar Stone (1903-1990) and retailed by the Royal Goldsmith & Silversmith, Garrard & Co. Ltd. They are hallmarked London 1955 and 1956 and also bear the facsimile signature of the designer. Height of the candelabra is 25.2cms and the height of the candlesticks is 24.5cms. The diameter of the bases are 12.1cms and 11.3cms respectively.
